Our story starts with our founder, a cosmetic chemist. People kept asking her for products that they could sell, but they didn't have the desire, time or resources for developing new products from scratch. Instead they wanted a 'white label' range that they could simply repackage and sell as their own brand.
And so JD Formulation Labs was born, a cosmetic-chemist developed range of premium quality hair care products that anyone can buy and repack to start their own business or side hustle. Our products are not like any other white label bulk products. The formulas are carefully thought through, to provide the best care to the hair and scalp, and the products are based on real-world need for caring for all hair types, but with specific focus on African hair. All of our hair is different but curly and kinky hair types (hair types 3A through to 4D) need special attention due to their biological makeup. Our products are gentle, nourishing and contain science-backed ingredients like panthenol, shea butter, Jamaican Black Castor oil and lanolin.
